The population of Milton Keynes is projected to grow from 261,750 in 2015 to 308,500 in 2026. This is an increase of 46,750 people and a growth rate of 18 percent. Over the next 11 years, it is forecast to grow by an average of 4,200 people per year. Located in Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes is equally distant from London, Birmingham, Oxford, Cambridge, and Leicester. With the aim of relieving London’s housing shortage, the town was established only on 23 January 1967. Milton Keynes is the administrative centre of the Borough of Milton Keynes and is part of the county of Buckinghamshire. Milton Keynes may be a new town, but the designated area of 89 square kilometres was not unpopulated at the time of its designation. This new town absorbed the existing towns of Bletchley, Wolverton, and Stony Stratford which are today constituent towns of Milton Keynes. It also absorbed a number of smaller villages and hamlets some of which date back to the Middle Ages. The town itself was named after Milton Keynes, a village that was first mentioned as Middeltone in the 11th century Milton Keynes became its modern name in the 15th century.

It has the convenience of being just an hour or less away from Cambridge, Oxford, Birmingham, and London. There is a huge range of shops and the main mall is one of the largest indoor shopping centres in Europe. It also has one of the largest fitness clubs in the country. The National Badminton Centre, Aston Martin, Mercedes. Bletchley Park is home of the Second World War codebreakers Marshall Amplification, world-famous manufacturers of amplifiers. The list goes on and on! Great place to live!”
